ITI Registration Form

A successful IR program requires qualified infrared technicians. The first step in achieving this goal is professional hands-on training. That is why we offer certification courses to educate your thermographers in the use of your infrared equipment as a nondestructive testing tool.

To enroll in one of our classes, please fill in the following registration form. Or, if you prefer, fax this PDF form to 409-866-7229. Our Office Manager will be in touch with payment arrangements after your registration.

Any cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the first day of class or will incur a $250.00 cancellation fee for each enrollee.
